Monies from these grants are used to provide mammograms, education and support services to the medically underserved populations of Tulsa County. How are Local Grant Recipients Selected? The Komen Tulsa Affiliate grants award process ensures the impartial allocation of funds for qualified non-profit organizations in Tulsa County. The Community Profile, conducted every other year by the Affiliate, examines the specific breast health needs within our service area.
